1. Who we are

Batiar Solutions ("we", "us") builds software products and services for business clients. This policy explains how two applications operated by us that use Google sign-in or Google APIs handle data: Batiar Gateway and Batiar Ads Reader. Questions and requests: privacy@batiar-solutions.com.

2. Batiar Gateway (sign in with Google)

What it does. Batiar Gateway is a single sign-in point to internal web tools. You sign in with your Google account; the gateway decides whether you may open a given tool and with which role. Access is granted only to people whose email address has been added to the access list by the operator of the tool.

Data we receive from Google. When you sign in we request the scopes openid, email and profile. Google returns your email address, your Google account identifier and basic profile information (your name and profile picture). We use only your email address and account identifier — to check the access list and to keep you signed in. We do not use your name or picture, do not pass them to any tool and do not keep them on our servers.

What the tools you open receive. Your email address and your role in that tool. Nothing else from your Google account.

Session. After you sign in, your browser stores an encrypted session cookie (Secure, HttpOnly). It contains your email address, your Google account identifier and the sign-in tokens that Google issued for this session (they include the profile information above); it can only be read by the gateway. It is valid for up to 12 hours, after which you sign in again, and is removed when you sign out or clear your browser data. During sign-in a separate short-lived cookie (up to 15 minutes) protects the sign-in against forgery.

Logs. Logs of the gateway record the time, the address visited, the result code, your IP address, your browser's identification string (user agent) and the email address of the signed-in person. They stay on a server operated by us, are not shared with anyone, and are deleted automatically no later than 30 days after they are written.

What we do not do. We never see your Google password. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service data. We do not sell or share your data, do not use it for advertising and do not build profiles.

Ending access. When your access ends, your email address is removed from the access list. You can ask us to do it at any time.

3. Batiar Ads Reader (Google Ads, read-only)

What it does. Batiar Ads Reader reads — and never changes — a Google Ads account, so that the owner of that account receives reporting on its advertising: campaigns, spend, clicks and tracking templates.

Permission requested. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, granted by an authorized user of the Google Ads account (the operator) on Google's consent screen. The application performs only read requests; it does not create or modify campaigns, budgets, ads or account settings.

Data we receive. Campaign data of the connected account (campaigns, spend, clicks, tracking templates) and the technical credentials (OAuth token) needed to authorize those requests.

Where the data goes. Into the reporting of the account owner, running on the account owner's own server, and — at the account owner's request — to an AI assistant chosen by the account owner, as described in the next paragraph. Apart from that AI provider, we do not transfer it to third parties, do not sell it and do not use it for advertising or for any purpose other than providing and supporting this reporting.

AI assistant chosen by the account owner. At the account owner's request, people authorized by the account owner can ask an AI assistant chosen by the account owner about this reporting. The data needed for the answer — campaign data and figures calculated from it, such as spend and return on marketing investment (ROMI) — is then sent to that AI provider and processed by it under the account owner's agreement with that provider. We enable this only with the account owner's written consent and only for AI accounts in which the use of conversations to train AI models is turned off. The account owner can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to privacy@batiar-solutions.com; we then turn this access off within 3 business days. The AI assistant has no access to the Google Ads account itself: it can only read the stored reporting, and it cannot send requests to Google or change anything.

Personal data. The application does not process personal data of Google users other than the Google account of the operator who granted consent, which is used only to authorize access.

Google API Services User Data Policy. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; after that we can no longer read the account. To have data we already received deleted, including figures calculated from it, write to privacy@batiar-solutions.com; we delete our copies within 30 days of the request. Data sent to the AI assistant at the account owner's request is kept by that AI provider in the account owner's AI accounts, and the account owner deletes it there.

4. This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party resources. It is delivered through Cloudflare, which, as for any web request, processes technical request data (such as the IP address) to deliver the page; we do not use it.

5. Your rights, children, changes

You may ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it: privacy@batiar-solutions.com. Our applications are not directed at children. When this policy changes, we publish the new version here and update the date above.

2. Batiar Gateway (вхід через Google)

Що це. Batiar Gateway — єдина точка входу до внутрішніх вебінструментів. Ви входите своїм акаунтом Google; шлюз вирішує, чи можна вам відкрити певний інструмент і з якою роллю. Доступ мають лише ті, чию електронну адресу оператор інструмента додав до переліку доступу.

Які дані ми отримуємо від Google. Під час входу ми запитуємо дозволи openid, email і profile. Google повертає вашу електронну адресу, ідентифікатор вашого акаунта Google і базову інформацію профілю (ім'я та фото профілю). Ми використовуємо лише вашу електронну адресу та ідентифікатор акаунта — для перевірки переліку доступу й підтримання сесії. Ми не використовуємо ваше ім'я чи фото, не передаємо їх жодному інструменту й не зберігаємо на наших серверах.

Що отримують інструменти, які ви відкриваєте. Вашу електронну адресу та вашу роль у цьому інструменті. Більше нічого з вашого акаунта Google.

Сесія. Після входу браузер зберігає зашифровану cookie сесії (Secure, HttpOnly). Вона містить вашу електронну адресу, ідентифікатор вашого акаунта Google і токени входу, які Google видав для цієї сесії (вони містять наведену вище інформацію профілю); прочитати її може лише шлюз. Чого ми не робимо. Ми ніколи не бачимо ваш пароль Google. Ми не читаємо ваші Gmail, Drive, Календар, Контакти чи дані будь-яких інших сервісів Google. Ми не продаємо й не передаємо ваші дані, не використовуємо їх для реклами й не будуємо профілів.

Завершення доступу. Коли доступ закінчується, вашу електронну адресу прибирають із переліку доступу. Ви можете попросити нас про це будь-коли.

3. Batiar Ads Reader (Google Ads, лише читання)

Що це. Batiar Ads Reader читає — і ніколи не змінює — рекламний кабінет Google Ads, щоб власник кабінету отримував звітність про свою рекламу: кампанії, витрати, кліки та шаблони відстеження.

Запитуваний дозвіл. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, який на екрані згоди Google надає уповноважений користувач рекламного кабінету (оператор). Застосунок виконує лише запити на читання; він не створює й не змінює кампанії, бюджети, оголошення чи налаштування кабінету.

Які дані ми отримуємо. Дані кампаній підключеного кабінету (кампанії, витрати, кліки, шаблони відстеження) і технічні облікові дані (токен OAuth), потрібні для авторизації цих запитів.

Куди йдуть дані. У звітність власника кабінету, що працює на сервері самого власника, і — на запит власника — AI-асистенту, якого обрав власник, як описано в наступному абзаці. Крім цього AI-провайдера, ми не передаємо їх третім сторонам, не продаємо й не використовуємо для реклами чи для будь-чого, крім надання й підтримки цієї звітності.

AI-асистент, якого обрав власник. На запит власника кабінету уповноважені ним люди можуть ставити питання про цю звітність AI-асистенту, якого обрав власник. Дані, потрібні для відповіді, — дані кампаній і показники, обчислені з них, як-от витрати й рентабельність маркетингових інвестицій (ROMI), — тоді передаються цьому AI-провайдеру й обробляються ним за угодою власника з цим провайдером. Ми вмикаємо це лише за письмової згоди власника кабінету й лише для AI-акаунтів, у яких використання розмов для навчання моделей AI вимкнено. Власник може будь-коли відкликати цю згоду, написавши на privacy@batiar-solutions.com; тоді ми вимикаємо цей доступ протягом 3 робочих днів. AI-асистент не має доступу до самого кабінету Google Ads: він може лише читати збережену звітність, не може надсилати запити до Google і нічого не змінює.

Персональні дані. Застосунок не обробляє персональних даних користувачів Google, крім акаунта Google оператора, який дав згоду; його використовують лише для авторизації доступу.

Політика щодо даних користувачів API Google. Використання й передача іншим застосункам інформації, отриманої з API Google, відповідатимуть Google API Services User Data Policy, зокрема вимогам Limited Use.

Відкликання доступу й видалення даних. Ви можете відкликати доступ будь-коли на myaccount.google.com/permissions; після цього ми не зможемо читати кабінет. Щоб видалити дані, які ми вже отримали, зокрема показники, обчислені з них, напишіть на privacy@batiar-solutions.com; ми видалимо наші копії протягом 30 днів від запиту. Дані, передані AI-асистенту на запит власника, зберігає цей AI-провайдер в AI-акаунтах власника, і власник видаляє їх там.

4. Цей вебсайт

Цей вебсайт не використовує cookie, аналітику чи сторонні ресурси. Його доставляє Cloudflare, який, як і для будь-якого вебзапиту, обробляє технічні дані запиту (наприклад, IP-адресу), щоб віддати сторінку; ми їх не використовуємо.
